The present invention is an idea IP devised to resolve an assignment of extended application of Kochs postulates. In advance to the present invention, an agar culture device, Kochs postulates, and the like, were invented. To resolve the assignment, the augmented algorithm of Kochs postulates is verified in aspects of 1. convenience, 2. practicality, and 3. persistence. The augmented algorithm of the Kochs postulates also includes an anaerobic environment. Different from a conventional invention, the augmented algorithm of Kochs postulates includes atmospheric environment different to the Kochs postulates, thereby allowing a user to easily use the same with respect to the advance of modern society. |
