NUMERICAL CONTROLLER HAVING AUTOMATIC TOOL DECISION FUNCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To determine the order of tools by specifying only the final work tool number and position without specifying the individual tool and working position in a working process having same working position and predetermined tool and tool sequence. CONSTITUTION:At least the current tool number and the number of tool to be used in the previous process are stored in a tool file F1. Upon input of the working shape or the number of final working tool in each process from an input system INT such as a keyboard, a tool and tool order determining means TDM will search the tool file F1 from the final working tool number thus to determine the tool in each working process. Then a working program forming means MPM will produce working data for every work from the tool, tool order and working shape data inputed through INT and store into a memory MEM and perform the work control in accordance to a stored NC working program.
