PURPOSE:To obtain a recording electrode easy to fabricate and good in resolving power, by connecting a recording pattern to a voltage pulse applying circuit through a flexible circuit board while receiving a rigid substrate in a magnetic field due to a magnet along with a hollow body. CONSTITUTION:Toner 14 reaching the lower end part 20a of a recording electrode pattern 20 forms a toner chain 29 at the lower end part 20a. When a voltage pulse is selectively applied between the recording electrode pattern 20 and a rear surface electrode 25 through a conductor pattern 24 by a voltage pulse applying circuit 28, the particles of the leading part of the toner chain 29 on the selected recording electrode pattern 20 are transferred to a recording medium 27 against magnetic force of a magnet roll 12 by coulomb force. As a result, a dot corresponding to the aforementioned selected recording electrode pattern 20 is printed on the recording medium 27. |
