PURPOSE:To obtain a cell having high energy density, high charge/discharge efficiency, long cycle life, low self-discharge rate and flat discharge voltage by employing kinason polymer having Schiff base structure as an electrode. CONSTITUTION:Kinason polymer having Schiff base structure is produced as shown on the reaction formula through reaction between kinon compound and aromatic di-isocyanate compound or tri-isocyanate compound into film, powder, short fiber, etc. Other conductive kinason polymer having Schiff base structure such as grapite, carbon black, acetylene black, metal powder, carbon fiber, etc. may be mixed or metal mesh may be placed as a current collector. Conductive kinason polymer to be produced by doping kinason polymer can also be employed as the positive or negative electrode. |
