<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a corrosion preventive tape capable of easily preventing the corrosion of the surface of various piping with improved workability and durability, by sticking the first layer prepd. by adding fine Zn powder, MgO and graphite powder to a rubber substrate and the second layer comprising the single layer of synthetic resin or rubber, etc., together. CONSTITUTION:The corrosion preventive tape 1 is constituted by sticking the electric conductive first layer 1a and the waterproof or high-temp. resistant second layer 1b together. Said first layer 1a is made of a composition prepd. by adding 5-350% fine Zn powder, 20-100% MgO and 20-200% graphite powder having specific surface area of 900-1,100m<2>/g, each by wt. ratio, to a rubber substrate. The second layer 1b is formed from the single layer of synthetic resin (e.g. PVC), rubber or the like, or a composite material prepd. by incorporating a fibrous material in said single layer. When high-temp. resistance is applied to the second layer 1b, the second layer 1b is formed from various fibrous materials such as asbestos, SiC, glass, C and B.</p> |
