PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization and a high degree of integration with no malfunction for the titled signal generating circuit by generating the NOT signal in combination with two Josephson junctions and three resistors. CONSTITUTION:The conditions are set so that junctions 20 and 21 are switched when a gate current Ig and an input current Ic are injected to a gate current path 25 and an input line 26. At the same time, the relation between the critical current values I1 and I2 of junctions 20 and 21 are resistance values r1-r3 of resistors 22-24 is set to satisfy r3I2>(r1+r2)I1. When only the current Ig is injected, the junction 20 is switched by a current. Then the current Ig flows into the junction 21 through the registor 24. Thus the junction 21 is switched to supply the gate current to an output line. However this signal generating circuit has no switching when the input current is injected earlier than the gate current or concurrently with the gate current. Then the circuit generates a NOT signal to an input signal. |
