Pharmaceutical composition, particularly with antalgic activity, characterised in that it comprises, by way of principal constituents free Glafenine and free Codeine or their salts and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, in the said composition the ratio by weight of Codeine/Glafenine is between 1/10 and 1/5 in compositions administrable orally and rectally, each unit of the composition has 200 to 300 mg of Glafenine chlorhydrate and 10 to 30 mg of Codeine phosphate. |
