PURPOSE:To facilitate judgement of existence of a revolving adjusting tool and security of a prescribed press-contact force by installing a detection pin projecting from the top edge surface of a driver, at the center of the shaft of revolution of the driver for revolving the revolution adjusting tool such as adjusting screw. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 16 is revolved and a transfer frame 18 is shifted upward, also a transfer frame 12 and a spindle 6 rise, and also a detection pin 20 shifts upward. When the top edge of the pin 20-1 contacts with an article 1 such as adjusting screw, etc., the spindle 6 shifts upwardly against a spring 22, and the distance DELTAl1 between frames 12 and 18 increases. Therefore, if control is performed so that the revolution of the motor 16 is suspended when a microswitch detects that the distance DELTAl1 increases motor than a prescribed value, the breakage due to the contact pressure between the spindle 6 and the article 1 can be prevented. Further, the fitting state of the edge 20-1 of the pin into a slot (t) can be discriminated by surveying the distance DELTAl1 between the frame 12 and the detection pin 20.
