PURPOSE:To obtain an uniform polished face by mixing specific solid state ratio of resol liquid phenol resin mixed with acid hardener by specific ratio against the grindstone particles. CONSTITUTION:When adding resol liquid phenol resin and acid hardener to grindstone particles to produce a grindstone, 5-60wt% of solid state resol liquid phenol resin against 100wt% of grindstone particles and 3-40wt% of acid hardener against 100wt% of solid state resin are mixed. Then it is filled in upper and lower molds and evacuated thereafter maintained at normal temperature or 200 deg.C and hardened to complete a grindstone. Consequently the grindstone will have uniform and compact composition while in order to improve the sharpness uniformly dispersed bubbles are effective so micro hollow balloons (micro balloons) are arranged. |
