In a cleaning apparatus for cleaning disc-shaped analytical cells proposed by the invention, a cleaning liquid is flushed through the individual test chambers by injection and the moisture still present is then removed by introducing compressed air. The arrangement of the nozzles themselves ensures the formation of turbulence within the chamber and the washing liquid to be removed is able to drain out of the cell through both sets of openings.
