Procedure for refuse management in a closed container, fig 1, where the refuse (12) is collected with reference to the lower opening (1) of a refuse chute or similar, which exist in a refuse room or similar location and where the opening (1) comprises a tubular, freely protruding part (2).The procedure is characterised by the fact that the tubular shaped receptacle (5) for which rubbish that is thrown down passes through and originates from in connection with the protruding part (2) and under the part (2), by means of a flexible plastic tube (3) or similar which causes the part to be formed (2) or through which a thinly walled, flexible plastic pipe (38) is joined with a connecter in the (1) plastic band housed (34)in the opening and which is intended to roll out downward and twist around the opening (1) and the part (2) mentioned, as well as joined to a pipe (38) by means of a vertical joint. The pipe that is thus formed (38) goes down under the protruding part (2). The first end (11) of the above mentioned pipe (3, 38) is primarily connected at an angle toward the vertical direction of the pipe (3, 38).The pipe (3, 38) is preferably to be brought down by means of the weight of the rubbish, to the part that is protruding (2) so that it rests under this existing bed (13, 21). At a set rubbish level or rubbish weight in the pipe (3, 38) the opening of the device is designed to be connected by means of hatches (15) or a similar device, mounted at one of the tubular shaped holders (14) inside of the opening, after which the holder (14) with the hatches (15) is made to undergo one or more cycles of a vertical up and downward motion, with the purpose of compressing the rubbish (12) that is located in the pipe (3, 38). After which the pipe (3, 38) is connected above the rubbish (12) by means of two horizontal seals, after which the pipe (3, 38) is detached between seals, from which a sealed package of rubbish (27) is removed. After this, the holder (14) and the hatches (15) are brought back to their starting positions, so that new rubbish (12) can be filled into the tube (3, 38).The rubbish mention is removed from the bed (13, 21) in order to dispose of it.
