<p>PURPOSE:To have quick reversing of copy sheets which requires a minor space, by furnishing a left and a right side gear meshing with a circular inner gear, by equipping each side gear with a pair of pinch rollers and a chute, and by rotating them. CONSTITUTION:Each sheet having passed between chutes 15, 15' is drawn by pinch rollers 11, 11' in the direction of the arrow. The trailing edge of this sheet is caught by a sensor 24, and a shaft 18 is turned 180 deg. to allow a plate 17' to depress a cam plate 23. Then a drive transmissive roller 27 is separated from drive rollers 31', 32' to stop the rotation in the state that pinch rollers 10, 10', 11, 11' pinch the trailing edge of the sheet. At the same time, side gears 8, 8', 9, 9' are rotated the in inner gear plates 7, 7' in the direction of the arrow, and when they turn 180 deg. and stop, the plate 17' stops pressing the cam plate 33 to cause restitution of links 26, 26'. Exhaustion is made in the state that the trailing edge is inverted by allowing the roller 27 to be in contact with the rollers 31, 32 to yield re-rotation. Thus inversion of each sheet can be made using a small space.</p> |
