The biurets R1NMeCONR2CONHR3 [I; R1,R2 = C1-4 alkyl; R3 = cyclohexyl, Ph or Ph substituted by>=1 Cl, Br, F, Me, CF3, Me2N, MeO, MeS, O2N, MeCO (35 compds.) were prepd. Thus, Me2NCONHMe reacted with 4- ClC6H4NCO in a THF contg. NaH to give I≮R1 = R2 = Me; R3 = 4- ClC6H4≉. I≮R1 = R2 = Me, R3 = 4-ClC6H4 at 100mg/kg, administered orally to mice, reduced HO-Ac-induced writhing by 87.5% and showed antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activity.
