PURPOSE:To enable easy classification and identification of Candida germ with high specificity by using a reagent contg. the antibody (marker) secreted from the hybridoma of anticandida germ antibody producing cells and the cells which can be subcultured in vitro for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:For example, a mouse or the like is immunized with Candia albicans and anticandida germ antibody producing cells are taken from the pulpar cells thereof. A hybridoma is obtd. from such cells and the cells of the myeloma, etc. that can be subcultured for a long period of time. The antibody secreted by such hybridoma, or the fraction of the antibody or the antibody marked with enzyme, <125>I, fluorescent dye, etc. and fixed or diluted on or an a carrier is used as a reagent. Such reagent is brought into reaction with the liquid to be examined, such as urine or the like, and the activity in marking or the like of the conjugate of the Candida germ and the marked antibody is measured. The easy and exact identification and classification of the germ are thus made possible. |
