ELECTRO-EROSION CUTTING MACHINE FOR FINAL TREATMENT OF STAMPING AND CUTTING TOOLS

An electron-erosion machine, for the finish spark machining of press tools with closed inner and outer contours, is fitted with a motorised rotation device for at least two guides of the electrode wire. The centre line of this device coincides at least in one geometrical locus with the centre of the cross-section of the electrode. This prevents any colliding contact between the guides and the closed inner or closed outer contours of the tool or with the tool holder.
