PURPOSE:To enable to easily remove an oozed out part of a hot melt adhesive, by a method wherein a transfer mark fitted to a tape by an adhesive is produced, a hot melt adhesive is applied onto the transfer mark side, and the tape is peeled away by pulling it while bending it at an acute angle. CONSTITUTION:The transfer mark 3 fitted to the tape 1 by an adhesive 2 is produced, and a hot melt adhesive 4 is applied onto the side of the mark 3. Then, a tape 5 is adhered onto the hot melt adhesive 4, and the tape 1 is peeled away by pulling it to one side while bending it at an acute angle. As a result, the protruding parts of the adhesive 2 are also removed. Then, a tape 6 is adhered onto the side of the transfer mark 3 by an adhesive 7 applied to the tape 6, the tape is peeled away, the thus obtained material is applied onto an object such as an article of commerce, and finally the tape 6 is peeled away. Accordingly, by peeling away the tape 1 by pulling it while bending it at an acute angle, the adhesive 2 is cut at boundaries of the mark 3, and the unrequired parts of the adhesive 2 are removed together with the tape 1, so that they can not be adhered to the object in the subsequent step. |
