PURPOSE:To enable extremely easy and quick check of the orientational property of a fiber sheet by oscillating a linearly deflected microwave perpendicularly to the fiber sheet from an upper waveguide and measuring the attenuating rate of the microwave with a lower waveguide. CONSTITUTION:A fiber sheet 3 of a circular shape larger than the collar part of an upper waveguide 4 is generally used. For example, a fiber sheet fixing base 6 or the like provided with a retaining ring plate 7 in the upper groove part is installed in order to hold the sheet 3 in the space between the waveguide 4 and a lower waveguide 5. A linearly deflected microwave is oscillated perpendicularly to the fiber sheet from the upper waveguide by such constitution and the attenuating rate of the microwave is measured with the lower waveguide, by which the orientational property of the fiber sheet is checked extremely easily in a short time. |
