PURPOSE:To improve the capacity of removing hindrance with a great removal of interference by providing a means of emitting a question pulse in time division for each individual target to be specified in terms of time corresponding to distance information thereof to enable calling and responding for each of individual targets. CONSTITUTION:Based on distance information obtained with a radar, a question pulse of a preset carrier frequency is emitted from a caller. A responder receiving the question pulse responds to the caller by emitting a response pulse of a carrier frequency receivable by the caller alone having emitted the question pluse or that different therefrom corresponding to transmission time interval of the question pulse. Such callings and respondings are executed in time division one after another for each of a plurality of responders. With such a method, the calling and responding with one frequency can be done and interference by other callers and responders can be removed while eliminating ratio interference. |
