<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost of a cold rolled steel sheet by introducing waste gas generated in a continuous annealing furnace into a washing apparatus and an electroplating apparatus to heat a treating liq. in each of the apparatuses. CONSTITUTION:A cold rolled steel sheet 2 from a payoff reel 1 is passed through a washing apparatus 3 and introduced into a continuous annealing furnace 4, where the sheet is annealed by heating in the atmospheric gas. The annealed sheet is temper-rolled 5, electroplated in an electroplating apparatus 8, and coiled around a tension reel 6. Waste gas 7 generated at about 350-400 deg.C in the furnace 4 is introduced into the apparatuses 3, 8 to heat a treating liq. in each of the apparatuses 3, 8.</p> |
