发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING ERODED REGION IN BOTTOM REFRACTORIES OF BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure continuously and exactly the eroded region of the bottom refractories of a blast furnace by measuring the change in the induced voltage in the receiving coil origignating in the disturbance of the electromagnetic wave by the eroding molten iron interposed between transmitting and receiving coils. CONSTITUTION:Bottom refractories 8 are stacked in the circumference of the bottom well part of a blast furnace body centering at slag 4 and molten iron 6. The refractories 9 wear successively on operating the blast furnace and the region eroded by the molten iron 6 is expanded. When the molten iron 6 intrudes between the transmitting coil 12 embedded in the refractories 8 in the uppermost stage of the well and the receiving coil 14 buried in the refractories 8 in the lowermost stage of the hearth, a high frequency magnetic field is disturbed and the voltage induced in the coil 14 changes. The voltage is amplified in the amplifier circuit of a control panel 18 and the erosion is detected by the change in said voltage. The output signal from the panel 18 is displayed on a display device 28.
