PURPOSE:To facilitate an adjusting operation for additive magnetic powder and control of the concn. of liq. contg. magnetic particles by tableting the magnetic particle to be used for wet magnetic particle inspection. CONSTITUTION:A water soluble surface active agent (for example, polyexyethylene nonylphenyl ether or the like) having 50-70 deg.C m.p. is heated to the m.p. thereof or above and is made into a liquid state. A water soluble surface active agent is added to such liquid at a rate of 50-100pts.wt. by 100pts.wt. the magnetic powder, an antifoaming agent (for example, dimethyl polysiloxane made into an O/W emulsion) at 20-30pts.wt. and a rust preventive agent, for example, (sodium nitrite, triethanol amine) at 20-40pts.wt., thereby yielding a slurry. The slurry is cast into tableting dies and after cooling the molding formed into a tablet type having 10-20mm. diameter and 5-8mm. height is obtd. from the molding dies. |
