PURPOSE:To easily and exactly perform leveling of a liner by supplying concrete of good fluidity as a pat into an elastic levee frame provided in such a way as to surround the liner. CONSTITUTION:An elastic levee frame 1 is set in place on the foundation face 2, and a weight 3 is placed in such a way that the downside of the elastic levee frame 1 is closely contacted with the foundation face 2. By turning a bolt 6 for regulating level, attached to a bracket 5 projectionally provided to the side of a liner housed in the elastic levee frame 1, the leveling of the liner 4 is made by using a level vial, etc. Concrete of good fluidity is supplied as a pad 7 into the elastic levee frame 1 provided in such a way as to surround the liner 4. The leveling of the liner 4 can thus be easily and exactly made even by technically unskilled persons. |
