PURPOSE:To make molding and assembly processes continuous, and to make compact the whole device by arranging an assembling device combining the extraction of shapes while being opposed to a plurality of injection molding machines disposed along a conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:Shapes 18, 19, 20 are molded by injection molding machines 3 in each work station A, B, C. A conveyor belt 1 is stopped where assembling jigs 2 align with each injection molding machine 3 at the same time. The shapes are extracted by a clamping arm 14 after molds are opened, and placed on the assembling jigs 2. The first shape 18 is molded at the work station A, and placed on the assembling jig 2. The first shape is moved to the next station B by the conveyor belt 1, the second shape 19 is molded, and the second shape is incorporated into the first shape 18. The first and second shapes are moved to the station C, and the third shape 20 is incorporated into the first and second shapes 18, 19, thus manufacturing a product. |
