PURPOSE:To maintain semi-permanently the low friction characteristic and the non-electrostatic charge performance without giving damages to a disc recording medium by constituting an inner face member in sliding with a recording medium with a composite material aggregate including a glass carbon material aggregate and/or glass carbon material aggregate. CONSTITUTION:The glass carbon material is a material having a proper antifriction where the carbon material itself wears before the surface film of a recording medium has a damage when the disc recording medium slides and the amorphous glass carbon material. The composite material aggregate including the glass carbon material is referred to as the aggregate of the composite material including the glass carbon material, a synthetic resin and/or carbon filler. As the synthetic resin, a thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polyacetatevinyl resin or polystylene resin or the like and a thermosetting resin such as phenol resin, epoxy resin and xylene resin or the like are used. Further, the carbon filler stands for a general carbon material.
