摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the detection of the temperature of foods effectively and positively using infrared rays by mounting an infrared sensor element in a heating chamber in a manner eccentric from the center of the heating chamber, causing a magnetic detecting element to deliver a signal which notices that the position where the foods are placed comes directly under the infrared ray detecting element, and carrying out a measurement when the position comes directly under the infrared ray detecting element. CONSTITUTION:The ceiling hole 6 of a heating chamber is formed at a position over-looking the concentric circumference on a rotary bedplate 1 whose radius is a half of a length of a line connecting the center of the rotary bedplate 1 and a certain point of one end surface of the bedplate 1, and substantially l1=l2. A food placing position mark is indicated by a circular shallow depression 8a on the surface portion of the bedplate 1 and the positional relationship between the center of the depression 8a and the rotary placing bedplate 1 is l2=l1. The center (m) of the depression 8a is looked down by the infrared ray sensor element 7. When the rotary placing bedplate 1 rotates and a projection 9 approaches a magnetic detecting element 10, a signal is sent out from the magnetic detecting element 10. Upon this occasion, the positional relationship between the projection 9, the magnetism detecting element 10 and the placing psition mark 8a is taken into consideration so that the placing position mark 8a on the surface of the rotary placing bedplate 1 comes directly under the ceiling hole 6 of the heating chamber. Hence, the temperature on the surfaces of the food is obtained by the infrared ray sensor element 7.
