摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To develop a program with high efficiency with a processor by giving an integrated control to the change of memory contents to each processor through an integrated processor and therefore changing easily the task to be processed. CONSTITUTION:Upper line processors 8-11 and memories 20-23 for upper line processors are provided to a biological information processor to perform the pipeline processing to plural pieces of input biological information. An integrated processor 4 is connected to these processors and memories via a data bus 7. At the same time, the processor 4 decides the will in response to the results of processing of processors 8-11. At the same time, lower line processors 36-39 and memories 24-27 for lower line processors are connected to the bus 7. Then the pipeline processing is carried out based on the decision marking of the processor 4 to deliver the biological information. Then the contents of memories are controlled by setting transmission lines 5 and 6 for control data of upper and lower processors among the processor 4, processors 8-11 and processors 36-39 respectively.</p>
