PURPOSE:To attain effective shielding effect even to a Doppler radar or the like having a horizontally polarized plane by providing a counterweight to a conductor piece of propeller form where the conductor piece is twisted in the lengthwise direction. CONSTITUTION:The counterweight 5 is provided to a part 4 being the center of gravity of the conductor piece 1 of propeller form in which the conductor piece 1 is twisted in the lengthwise direction. The conductor piece 1 turns around the part 4 being the center of gravity of the conductor 1 in the conductor piece thrown into air by means of a scattering device or the like, and the attitude is controlled so that conductor piece 1 is turned within a horizontal plane against the falling direction at all times by means of the counterweight 5. Thus, the efficient shield effect is attained to a Doppler radar or the like having a horizontally polarized plane in this way. |
