PURPOSE:To obtain a recording instrument having good writability and capable of continuously and smoothly supplying ink by providing an ink-philic face for the contact face to be touched by ink in the ink supply system of an ink recorder by adsorbing or impregnating a specific compound. CONSTITUTION:An ink-inducing wick 3 between the ink occlusion body 4 and a ball on the tip of an aqueous ball-point pen, or the liquid contact face of an ink supply system consisting of ink jet nozzle 21, sub-ink tank 24, and ink supply tubes 23 and 28 between the main tank 26 and the nozzle 21a of an ink jet printer is converted into an ink-philic face by adsorbing or impregnating the following compound. The compound is one having one or more hydrophilic groups of amino group, hydroxyl group, carboxyl group, sulfone group and sulfonate group. |
