发明名称 PRODUCTION OF FE-CR-CO PERMANENT MAGNET ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a permanent magnet alloy consisting of a high density sintered body and having a high residual magnetic flux density by molding Fe-Cr-Co alloy powder by dry pressing, subjecting the molding or primary sintering, and compacting the molding to a higher density with a hot hydrostatic press then subjecting the molding to a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:An Fe-Cr-Co alloy of the compsn. consisting of about 14-45wt% Cr, about 3-35% Co, and consisting of the balance substantially Fe is made into powder from a molten metal by an atomizing method, and the alloy powder is compression-molded by a dry type press. The molding is subjected to primary sintering at about 1,300-1,400 deg.C in a gaseous hydrogen atmosphere, by which a sintered body having small sintered particles, closed pores and about 94% density is obtd. Such sintered body is compression-molded with a hot hydrostatic press to have a higher density, thereby obtaining a molding having about >=99% density. The molding is subjected to a soln. heat treatment, isothermal magnetic field treatment, aging treatment and magnetization, by which the Fe-Cr-Co permanent magnet alloy having high residual magnetic flux density is obtd.
