摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain iron core which does not result in deterioration of characteristic by distortion during use and has excellent characteristics by providing a bonding area at least to one of the internal and external circumferencial areas and setting a total volume of such bonding area to a particular percentage or less of total volume of core. CONSTITUTION:A bonding layer 4 of a normal temperature setting type bonding agent is formed, for example, at the winding start and winding end portions of a wound amorphous magnetic alloy 1. Manufacturing steps are as follow: the winding start and end portions of iron core are impregnated with the bonding agent after completing the heat processing in order to form a bonding layer 4. Thereafter, winding cores 2 and 3 are splitted and removed. The iron core is not deformed and supports its own weight because of rigidity of these bonding layers 4. The bonding layer 4 is selected to either of internal and external circumferencial portions in case the iron core is small in size. When a volume of bonding portions is set to 50% or more of total volume of core, low loss characteristic of amorphous magnetic alloy may be deteriorated.
