PURPOSE:To attain fast input and output instructions and separation of a line scanner by providing an input and an output buffer to a central control section and transferring periodically information by the buffers and a local memory of the line scanner. CONSTITUTION:The input buffer 12c and the output buffer 12d of the line scanner 2 to the local memory are provided to a line scanner common section 12 added to the central control section 1. A data area and a control area are provided also to the input and output buffers corresponding to a line similarly as the local memory. The line scanner 2 transfers the content of the local memory in an operation cycle ''1'' to the corresponding input buffer 12c and the central control section 1 executes an input instruction from this input buffer 12c. An output instruction from the central control section 1 is written in the corresponding output buffer 12d and this is transferred to the corresponding local memory in an operation cycle ''2''. |
