PURPOSE:To meke a titled vibrator endurable against a vibration and a shock, and also to attach it at a free angle to a printed board by interposing an insulating substance, penetrating and fixing two metallic terminals, providing opposingly an M-shaped supporting tool on them respectively, and inserting and holding, and sticking a piezoelectric plate. CONSTITUTION:An M-shaped supporting tool 11 is connected to a terminal 9, and one end of a quartz plate 12 is fixed to the supporting tool 11 so that the center line of a base part 10 coincides with the center line of the quartz plate. In this case, an exciting electrode 14 is provided on the quartz plate 12. Subsequently, one end of a can 15 is pressed into the base part 10. Also, a base part 17 having a supporting tool 18 is pressed into the other end of the can 15. In this state, the quartz plate 12 and the supporting tool are not stuck, therefore, when a current I is made to flow to both ends of a terminal 16, the supporting tool 18 is heated, a spare solder 19 of the supporting tool 18 and the quartz plate 12 is melted, and they are stuck when the current is turned off. Since the quartz plate is fixed from both ends, a stable oscillation which is strong in its resistance to vibration and resistance to shock is obtained, comparing with a conventional vibrator. |
