PURPOSE:To shorten a time from the start to the lock-in of a motor by comparing in phase a rotation signal of a frequency in response to the rotating speed of the motor with a reference clock signal and controlling on the basis of the result so that the rotating phases coincide. CONSTITUTION:The output of a speed detector 10 remains L level from the start of a motor 1 to the prescribed speed, the output of a phase comparator 5 becomes H level, and a high voltage is applied to the motor 1. When the motor 1 exceeds the prescribed speed, the output of the speed detector 10 becomes H level, the output of the comparator 5 becomes L level, the motor 1 is controlled by a speed controller 7 at a rotating speed slower than that at the locking time, and the position relationship varies at the constant speed. The comparator 5 receives a reference clock signal (a) and a PG signal, and controls by the phase comparison and is locked in. |
