PURPOSE:To improve air-tightness and shock resistance by inserting a battery jar containing a recharged plate into a bag made of synthetic resin sheet and sealing then enclosing with an enclosure made of blowing resin. CONSTITUTION:An instant use lead storage battery body 1 is formed by containing dried and recharged plate group in a battery jar 2. Then it is inserted into a bag 5 made of synthetic resin buffer agent and planarly distributed with many bubbles 5a and its opening is sealed air-tightly through thermal fusing. Thereafter it is contained in an injection molding dies 6 to inject blowing resin 8 such as polyethylene through an injection port 6a by means of a spray shot gun 7 and the dies 6 is removed to produce an enclosure 9. Consequently the air- tightness and shock resistance are improved and can be used by simply removing the seal and injecting electrolyte. |
