PURPOSE:To enable satisfactory stripping without using a broad carrier tape even when a through hole is present by adhering an image forming material on a corner of a substrate to a nonsticky carrier tape with an adhesive and by stripping the unexposed photopolymerizable composition layer from the substrate. CONSTITUTION:An image forming material 2 on a substrate 1 is composed of a transparent support 4 and a photopolymerizable composition layer 3. A part of the material 2 corresponding to a corner 1a of the substrate 1 is adhered to an nonsticky carrier tape 11 with an adhesive 12, and the unexposed parts 3b of the layer 3, together with the support 4, is stripped. By this system the width of the tape 11 is not required to be made larger than the width of the substrate 1, and the narrow tape 11 can be used. Since the tape 11 is nonsticky, unexposed parts even on a substrate having a through hole can be stripped satisfactorily without damaging exposed parts. Uniform stripping force is not applied to the substrate having a through hole. |
