PURPOSE:To improve measurement precision by fitting two groups of parallel twin mirrors each consisting of two mirror surfaces facing each other in parallel to a body to be measured in specific directions, and reflecting one light beam by one parallel twin mirror and then projecting the beam. CONSTITUTION:A laser light source 3 emits alignment laser light. The alignment laser light from the laser light source 3 is split into two parallel beams 21 and 22 through a beam splitter 9 and a mirror 10. Then, the light beam 21 is incident to a parallel twin mirror 2a to be reflected by mirrors I a and IIa, and then incident to a parallel twin mirror 2a to be reflected by mirrors I a and IIa, so that it exits from the parallel twin mirror 2a and projected on a projection surface 6. A rotation angle meter suitable for a measurement of an angle of three- dimensional rotation is obtained by said constitution and the measurement precision is improved. |
