PURPOSE:To suppress the vibration and to reduce the generation of a spark by bonding a rubber sheet formed of nonwoven fabric or plain woven cloth at the center in a longitudinal direction of a brush slider back made of thin metal plate having elasticity and conductivity and bonding thereon. CONSTITUTION:A brush base 2 having elasticity and conductivity supported to a brush support L is bent to form a slide surface 3 with a commutator 4. A rubber sheet 12 made of a base 16 interposed between rubbers 14, 15 is bonded via an adhesive 13 longitudinally to the opposite side of the slide surface 3. The base 16 is formed of nonwoven fabric or plain woven cloth in parallel with fiber with modulus sufficiently larger than the rubber. The base 16 is used with sufficiently larger modulus than rubber. The adhesive 13 may be hard, and when bonded with adhesive it is used as thin as possible. In this manner, the vibration attenuating effect is improved, an electric spark is reduced, and a noise is decreased. |
