PURPOSE:To improve injuryproof character and to prevent a film from elongating, by a method wherein a soft laminated film hardened by applying an ultraviolet ray hardening resin paint to the soft laminated film under an unwound state of the soft laminated film which has been wound when a printing film is laminated on the surface of the base board is laminated on the surface of the base board extruded from an extruder. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet ray hardening paint 2 applied to the surface of a laminated film 1 is hardened instantaneously by irradiating an irradiation lamp 6. Then the film 1 is supplied between laminating rolls 7, 7 and laminated on the surface of a base board 4 such as hard vinyl chloride plate extruded from an extruder 3. The film 1 is sticked to the surface of the base board 4 in favorable adhesiveness through heat at the time of molding of the base board 4, through which a panel which is made by patterning the surface of the base board 4 is obtained. Surface hardness of the film 1 can be increased, injuryproof character can be improved and tensile strength of the film 1 can be increased by hardening the surface of the unwound film 1 by applying the ultraviolet ray hardening type resin paint 2 to the surface like this. |
