ANNEALING PROCESS OF STRETCHED PLASTIC FILM WITH ADHESIVE LAYER

PURPOSE:To make annealing process free from breakdown due to concentrated stress by attaching thermoplastic plastic film having an adhesive layer on the surface to the backplate through the adhesive layer, heating and annealing said film. CONSTITUTION:The stretched thermoplastic plastic film with an adhesive layer is prepared by providing and then stretching an adhesive layer on a comparatively thick plastic film or transferring adhesive film on the stretched thermoplastic film. Then, a film having said adhesive layer is heat-treated (annealed) as it is attached on a backplate such as a stainless veneer or an endless belt.
