PURPOSE:To shorten a time for warming up by arranging a heating resistor pattern on the outer surface of a heat fixing roller, and further, coating the outer surface of said pattern with a layer of a mold releasing resin. CONSTITUTION:The core body 2 of a heat fixing roller 1 is made of ceramics or the like, and the outer peripheral surface is provided with a heating resistor pattern 3. Further, the outer surface of the pattern 3 is coated with a coating layer 4 made of silicone rubber or fluororesin or the like superior in peelability, heat resistance, and electric insulating property. As a result, the structure can be simplified and a time for warming up a heat fixing roller can be greatly shortened. |
