PURPOSE:To obtain correct log out information at all times by making scan out operation after confirming that the bus is normal or not without making scan out when a bus error signal is generated out of each circuit block. CONSTITUTION:Address for scan out operation is designated to, for instance, BL03, and data are sent out to a common controlling section 2. At this time, if circuit blocks 3-6 detect bus error, this is reported to the controlling section 2, and at the same time, operation of all circuit blocks is stopped. The controlling section 2 reads the content of a register 7 and compares with the content of its own. If they coincide, the common bus is regarded as normal and scan out operation is executed. If they do not coincide, scan out operation is not executed until bus error is released. Thus, when bus error of the common bus 1 occurs, if this is the error of the common bus itself, scan out operation of log out information collection is stopped until the bus error is released. |
