OPTICAL TRANSMISSION PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process and to improve its efficiency by forming an optical transmission plate by laminating plural transparent base materials which each incorporate plural lens parts in one body. CONSTITUTION:The optical transmission plate 1 has four transparent base materials 2a-2d which are made of glass in nearly square plates. Nearly hemispheric plano-convex lens parts 4a are provided integrally to each transparent base mterial 2a on one surface 3a within its thickness so that their plane sides are aligned to the surface 3a. Those plano-convex lens parts 4a are arranged in the base material 2a at intervals and plano-convex lens parts 4b-4d similar to the plano-convex lens parts 4a are also provided in the base materials 2b-2d.
