<p>PURPOSE:To promote a smooth production by securing the synchronization of parts between the processing and assembling at a manufacturing shop having the variation of production through an individual reception of orders of a small amount of many kinds. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing shop comprises a processing shop 1a, each working process 1b, a conveying path 2, an intermediate warehouse 3, a waiting area 4, a control center 5, an assembling shop 6a and each assembling process 6b. A row material supplied to the shop 1a is processed at the process 1b and carried along the path 2 to be stored temporarily in the warehouse 3 provided after the shop 1a. Then the processed material is sent out of the warehouse 3 with an indication of the center 5 and sorted at the area 4. These sorted parts are sent to the shop 6a and then assembled in the process 6b.</p> |
