PURPOSE:To exclude the machine processing of high precision and to reduce the production cost by filling a conductive adhesive between an inner conductor and an outer conductor having the coaxial constitution to the inner conductor to form a low-pass filter. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a coated insulation line, e.g. a formal wire 13 which is inserted from the upper part of a cover plate 4 and also serves as a connecting lines between the bias application and a microwave has a contact with an upper electrode 6 of a Gunn diode 5 attached to the bottom plate of a waveguide 3. A conical radio wave absorber 14 made of ''Epotec'' and a conductive adhesive 15 are provided between inner walls and to enclose the wire 13. The adhesive 15 constitutes a low-pass filter of capacitive susceptance, and the end part of the adhesive 15 is closed by a reinforcing insulated plug 16. The low-pass filter having a low cut-off frequency is easily produced by increasing the axial length of the adhesive 15. |
