摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To efficiently form a uniform lining film over the entire length of a long pipe, in the liquid-phase lining method for the inner surface of a pipe, by dividing an objective pipe to which lining is to be executed into a plurality of parts along its axial direction, and sequentially performing lining to these divided pipes through a pig. CONSTITUTION:When an objective pipe P to which lining is to be executed is long, said pipe P is divided into two parts (P1, P2). A liquid sealing agent 1 in an amount sufficient for lining is sent into the divided pipe P1 at first, a pig 2 comprising two-throw balls having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe P connected with each other by a flexible string 2a is inserted, and fluid pressure such as air pressure is supplied to transfer the pig 2 along the axial direction of the pipe P. Hence, the sealing agent 1 is pushed along the arrow to form a cylindrical seal lining film 3a on the inner surface of the divided pipe P1 up to a position slightly exceeding a graduation point S. Thereafter, a liquid sealing agent 1 in an amount sufficient for lining the remainder divided pipe P2 is supplied while leaving the pig 2 inside the pipe P. The pig 2 is inserted, and a cylindrical seal lining film 3b is formed on the inner surface of the divided pipe P2 in the same way.</p>
