PURPOSE:To positively correct a guide vane close mode by detecting an error between the preset value and the actual value of the guide vane close mode. CONSTITUTION:The output of a servo motor opening detector 19 indicates the actual servo motor opening by means of a servo motor opening indicator 23. As soon as a load is cut off or at an emergency stop, a time setter 22 is operated, and the servo motor opening corresponding to this time is outputted by a close mode setter 21. The difference between this output and the actual servo motor opening is applied as a servo motor open/close operation through an operation condition setter 20. Therefore, when the actual servo motor close mode is varied from the preset value, its error is detected, and a signal is outputted to correct that much. |
