PURPOSE:To simplify to the utmost a means transferring line corresponding information between both main controllers and to operate independently the main controller of the spare system and that of the active system by providing a storage means having the capacity for being written and read from both the main controllers. CONSTITUTION:The main controller 10' of the system 0 in operation as the active system stores line information such as transmission code SC to a line control memory of line controllers 20' and 21', and stores line closing information B to be preserved. When the changeover of the active and spare control systems is performed in this state and the system 1 becomes the active system and the system 0 is the spare system, then the main controller 11' reads the line closing information B corresponding to each line 4 stored in the line control memory in the line controller 21' via an interface control section so as to preserve it in the main controller 11' as the information corresponding to the line for the use of generation of succeeding line information. Thus, the means transferring the information corresponding to the line is simplified remarkably and the main controller while it is used as the spare system is operated independently of the active system. |
