<p>Migraine is treated with a pseudotropyl or tropyl benzoate derivative of the following general Formula I:- <CHEM> wherein:- n represents 0 or an integer from 1 to 4 R1 represents C1-C4 alkoxy or chlorine; R2 represents C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy or halogen provided that R2 is the same as R1 when n is 2, 3 or 4; or a pharmaceuticaliy acceptable salt thereof. With the exception of tropyl-2-chlorobenzoate and tropyl-2,4-,-2,5-,-2,6-dichlorobenzoates, the derivatives of Formula I are novel compounds.</p> |
