发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF ENAMELED WARE USING GLAZE ESP. COMPOUNDED WITH FAR INFRARED FORMING ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an enameled product capable of effectively boiling contents with heat at a low temp. without the need of any special skill, by applying glaze having a specified composition containing the limited amount of ZrO2 onto a steel core body, and baking it. CONSTITUTION:A boiling pot 1, for instance, is constituted with a steel sheet or cast iron core body 1a, an outer colored rust preventive enamel shell 1b and an inner enamel shell 1c. Hereon, glaze obtd. by mixing 40% SiO2, 12% B2O3, 18% TiO2, 11% Na2O, 4% K2O, a few % CaF2, a few % Al2O3, etc. with 5% or more a compound such as ZrO2 or SiO2 is prepared. This glaze (powdery) is sufficiently agitated in a ball mill, an undercoat is applied by spraying and baked, and then said glaze is applied onto the upper surface of said undercoat by spraying or dipping and baked at about 840 deg.C. Hence, the shell 1c capable of forming far infrared rays when being heated below 200 deg.C is obtained. The formation of said for infrared rays becomes more effective, by lapping the shell 1 to increase thickness.
