PURPOSE:To detect an overcurrent corresponding to a load state by providing a changeover switch, which switches an overcurrent detection set value in accordance with the load state, in a circuit which supplies a stabilized voltage power to a device where the load state is changed greatly. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 1 compares a voltage VA inputted to a terminal A with a voltage VB inputted to a terminal B and is turned off in case of VA>VB and is turned on in case of VA<VB. This input terminal A is provided with an overcurrent set value changeover switch SW, and a reference voltage V1 or V2 is given selectively through this switch SW. A current-voltage converting circuit 3 converts a load current I, which is supplied to a load 4 by a stabilized voltage power source 2 to a voltage value VL, and the load current value I and the voltage value VL have a proportional relation. Thus, a load abnormal state due to the overcurrent is detected surely.
